Youth Development through active citizenship among youth is the core programmatic intervention of foundation. We are constantly working with young people to realise their aspiration and have their strong partnership for development.

1. RTI and Governance Seminar Series Among Youth
We are organizing training on RTI Act in different colleges of Social Work and Social Sciences of Bhubaneswar with an objective to create young professionals with a difference. In this process of intervention, we are not only making awareness on RTI but also we are sensitizing the youth mass for constructive activities in their respective areas. We are also organizing such programmes in different Youth camps of NSS and among the youth groups of slums of Bhubaneswar and villages of Mayurbhanj. We have motivated many young people to apply under RTI Act to ask about their own local issues.

2. YDF Leadership Training Programme
The chief objective of YDF is to create a vibrant youth leadership in the state of Odisha. We are working towards creating, capacitating and mobilizing the resources within the youth. Therefore, we can compel the government to come out with a progressive youth policy in the state of Orissa. Thus, we are organizing youth leadership programmes in different colleges and youth camps.

3. YDF Youth Internship Programme
We have started Youth Internship programme in order to be in direct touch of the youth studying different professional courses especially social and other social sciences. The students are supervised in highly professional manner by our Young Professionals Mr. Gobinda Ballava Dalai (MSW-TISS) and Mr. MD Imran Ali (MSW-NISWASS). These students are given exposure in different workshops, seminars, public meetings, social movements like rally, dharana and so on. We organize Individual conferences and Group conferences with the trainees to improve their professional skills. However, we are more concerned about moral education among these students. We have collected several books, articles power point presentations, booklets, leaflets and such possible resources to enlarge the knowledge and skills of the student professionals.
